Special COVID-19 APR

To monitor and respond to quality assurance issues during the COVID-19 outbreak, the ECTE is asking all accredited schools to produce the following Special COVID-19 Annual Progress Report (APR). Please note:

  1. This APR uses new ECTE Standards and Guidelines for accreditation, which may vary slightly if you were accredited according to the pre-2019 standards.
  2. This Special COVID-19 APR replaces the regular APR in 2020 (no further reporting is required).
  3. Please complete by 30 May, 2020.
  4. Unless you are logged in, you will not be able to save this form.  It is advisable to draft your responses in a separate document and copy and paste them into the appropriate boxes.  It is highly recommended that you register to the ECTE site here LOGIN/REGISTER.

Indicate the accredited programme(s) to which this Report refers (notice that pre-2019 nomenclature is used). *
If you have a substantial number of part-time students you may calculate the full-time-equivalent (FTE) for them by adding all ECTS-credits earned by part-time students and dividing this total amount by 60 (=1 year of full-time studies), then submitting the figure of FTE along with your head count.

Areas being impacted

Please provide a summary report of how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting quality in your institution and programmes. The standards are taken from the Standards and Guidelines for ECTE accreditation.

Online delivery

Have you had to suspend residential delivery?
Have you moved to online delivery?
Use 1 star to indicate that you are operating online in an emergency mode with a bare minimum of support and provision. Use 5 stars to indicate delivery through a programme that was already accredited in this delivery mode.

General report

Please provide a narrative report of actions taken in the areas where only partial compliance was noted in the recommendation section of your last School Review Form (this form was produced in conjunction with the Visitation Evaluation Team during your most recent on-site visit).
Should you be planning or discussing major changes in your accredited programmes or the addition of new programmes or delivery modes, please write a narrative describing these plans. This is the formal method of receiving feedback from the Accrediting Commission
