News ECTE Data Protection Consent Published August 2, 2019 All ECTE member schools are requested to respond to the following GDPR/DSGVO consent request. Data Protection Law Consent Data Protection Law Consent Since May 2018 we have to follow the regulations of the new Data Protection Law (DSGVO). According to Art. 6/1 DSGVO we need your permission to collect, save and use the data provided by you on the member application form and on the Annual Progress Reports (i.e. such as name and address of the theological institution, contact person, email). We only collect, save and use the data to fulfill the in our statue stated purposes of the ECTE (s. our website: www.ecte.eu). This includes for example ● inform you about the work of ECTE ● invite you to the General Assembly ● ask your opinion ● invoice you ● contact you regarding visitations. The data is used by the employees and council members of the ECTE. We do not pass it on to third parties. As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that is stored as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed.
